All products are physical goods shipped from our fulfilment centre. Product images are representative. Colours and dimensions may vary slightly from those shown. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price charged is the price shown at the time of your order.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment details are never stored on our servers. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address after a successful purchase.

5. Shipping

We offer standard shipping worldwide for a flat rate of $4.99 per order. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days for most destinations, though international orders may take longer depending on customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at orders@fridgesounds.com and we will arrange a return or refund. Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

FridgeSounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping carrier). Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never passes through our servers.
